Wool Gloves (to mine silently)

This is specifically designed for the Cave Update's Deep Dark biome.

So how do you mine in the deep dark without the Warden noticing? Wool gloves! This new type of armor will drown any sounds of the tool you're using, which is great when mining in the Deep Dark biome to avoid alerting the Warden.

I also think this new item should be related to mountains as well. Goats should be able to drop a new kind of wool that can be used to craft these gloves.
