multicore support for java servers

i play on the oldest anarchy server for minecraft the game holds about 250 plays max it also cant update because of the lag because there is not multi core support for the server i love the server and game not as a game tho as a life style just as most 2b2t players pls add multi core support for all servers im begging you pls
