Capes for People with Legacy Console Edition instead for migrating.

Capes for People with Legacy Console Edition instead for migrating. I think this would be better than giving capes to literally everyone. Instead root out people with legacy console edition as they would have to had played Minecraft for a while.

    This is a great suggestion. A cape for players who purchased and played a legacy console edition of the game. A commemorative cape to honor 4Jstudios.
