You seem to have a very strong opinion on this topic. But why does that matter if the rarity is so high, you'd be more likely to summon and kill an actual Wither before you find a star through this method? It would just be a way to draw players to the Bastions and reward the non-combat-focused players who went to such lengths to find it.
