When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Wonderful idea although maybe it would need some kind of metal (copper) added in to kindof make it a little bit more bulky and more late game

I have this idea, it was written for a post, but I think it's best to comment right here, I think it has to do with your idea.

    copper-enriched redstone powder:
The copper-enriched redstone powder would preserve all the mechanics of the current redstone powder, the only difference being the fact that the energized redstone pulse can disperse more easily. Thus, a redstone torch can feed a row of 15 redstone powders, in a row of enriched redstone powder the torch would have the ability to energize more than 15 powders away, perhaps doubling to 30 (the definition of this new value, I believe , be closely linked to programming challenges).

this is very interesting because, in addition to reducing the use of signal repeaters it also allows for a more accurate use of comparators, since, with a greater amount of signal intensities the comparator can show more nuances with the enriched redstone than it would be possible to do with normal redstone. I already have ideas for this new feature.

suggestion for its manufacture in the Inventory's "Crafting Table":
two restone powder plus two copper nuggets would form two enriched redstone powder.

It could transmit a signal farther when on packed Ice, that way it takes the silk-touch enchantment, (and a LOT of time) to actually make it go farther.
