Arrow effect: corruption

When you dip an arrow in pure Dragons breath (obtained by adding blaze powder to Dragons breath) gives you the corruption effect. It's wither but makes you slower and deals damage slower, but lasts long. Only has 1 tier. Lasts for 30 seconds dealing 2 hearts every 5 seconds. To make this harder to obtain, you only get 1 tipped arrow per vial of it. Can be thrown as a splash potion if gunpowder is added.
