Better Add-on Documentation

I'd like to see better documentation of what can be done with Bedrock add-on packs and resource packs. Many people, myself included, are not aware of everything that can be done with these packs and often times discoveries are made via reverse engineering other people's work rather than from Mojang themselves. While examples are definitely helpful, it would be nice to have a place to go to look up the things available to modify in these packs.
