Link a Skin to Your Account

I think that it should be possible to link your skin to your Microsoft Account. I used to play on mobile and I had some really great custom skins, but now I play on console and I can't use my custom skins anymore. I was thinking that maybe you could save a skin to your account and it could follow you as long as you log in. Maybe it could be an option in the character creator or something along those lines. There are tons of creative individuals that are stumped when they make the change to a console because they can't use their own little masterpieces.

    Or even to save/download from the account into the game instead of needing internet access, always a bummer when I can't have my custom skin because my account can't link. I play a lot offline, but I do like to see my custom in the GUI makes the game more personal.
