Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Copper pipes

With the new ore copper . Copper pipes to carry water would be a fantastic new object.

    But what would these pipes do? What would you use them for? What happens at the end of the pipe? How does water flow through them? Is there a limit to how far the water would flow? What happens if the pipe goes up... does the water flow up? Do these pipes have any interactions with hoppers or other redstone components?

    Yeah I think it should be something essentially like a hopper, but with only one input and output (unless L junctions or T junctions are made). This would be a great use for the new ore and it could help with lag from entities or hopper checks but would still allow players to move items. It could connect between hoppers to droppers, dispensers, or to other hoppers and would probably make building farms more compact.

    I like the idea of copper pipes to push water in a certain direction. In this way you could build irrigation for farming, powered water rides, and the possibility for powered full on ships instead of tiny boats. Of course that requires blocks that freely float.

    You could add pumps with the pipes if you want to move the water up. At the end you would have a spout that you could turn on or off. Then you could have places to sort out objects like if you were to use the pipes to move blocks like a hopper.

    Love this idea. Make them like hoppers only without redstone mechanics, smaller hotboxes, and cheaper construction. Use in the place of hopper pipe systems.
