Clipping Vines

It would be great if you could "clip" vines, stopping them from growing anymore. Right clicking a hanging vine with shears will clip them, giving them a new texture but also stopping growth

    the fact that this still isn't a feature is insane. living in the jungle is such a headache because I have to continuously trim my vines
