Enchantment: Defuse

Creepers are pretty broken mobs compared to other common ones, so I thought an enchantment that works for them would be interesting.

This enchantment is available for swords, axes and shears, it would make your attacks interrupt and restart the charging of a creeper, charged creeper, ghast or blaze, while giving additional damage to these mobs. This interruption would not work all the time however, instead it would only affect for each fourth attack. Upgrading it to Defuse II would not only increase it's damage bonus but also make it affect each third attack instead of fourth. Defuse III would be for each second attack, and Defuse IV would be for every attack.

The attacks are only counted if the time gap between them is low enough for them to be considered a combo, so you can't just swipe your sword around three times to "store" a fourth attack with the effect until a creeper shows up.

Shears would not do any additional damage to mobs, however could still defuse their charging and additionally defuse TNTs, beds and End Crystals (these two last would get a small time gap between being clicked and exploding to give enough time to defuse them).

This would be a relatively expensive enchantment due to how powerful it is, and rare to find in chests.

    I think it should only be found in chests and it could be incompatible with other enchantments, like Fire Aspect and/or Knockback, making it a good choice, but not an obvious one. The leveling I'd also do a different way, since by the time you hit a creeper 4 times it would already have exploded. I'd give it 2 levels, 'Defuse I' taking 2 consecutive attacks to take effect, and 'Defuse II' taking only 1 attack. Overall, I think this is an excellent idea.
