Remove undead mob’s negative effects

It makes it hard to prepare for fights with tipped arrows and splash potions. For example, if you want to slow down mobs you would accidentally speed up undead mobs. But if you want to slow down the undead mobs, you would accidentally speed up mobs like creepers and vindicators. This is annoying and I think the game is better off without it.
