Expansion on my Conductive enchanting table idea

This is an expansion on my Conductive enchanting table idea for 1.17. To summarize the idea as a whole: it's a special enchanting table for copper tools and armor, which will give them special enchants unobtainable any other way. And will not work on any other tool set or armor set. Conductive wall block: these walls would be crafted with copper ingots, and copper wire. Wire in the center, ingots on the outside. (Copper wire woild be made with copper nuggets along the outside of the table, one gold ingot in the center, and two redstone dusts. One below the gold ingot, and one above.) They would be a full block, and would be used in tandium with the "Conductive enchanting table." Sort of replacing books, these blocks could be placed on the edges of the structure. Crying obsidian must still occupy the corners however, in order for the multiblock structure to work. This block would have to be connected to the table in order to properly have the table function with the upgraded enchants. And therefore, from the center of each conductive wall blocks around the table, must come a line of conductive wall blocks connecting to the table. Acting like redstone almost. The maximum height for these would be 3 blocks tall. At that point you should have all available enchants.
