Slum caves

Caves and cliffs is an outstanding update! However, I believe we should have cave biomes corresponding to the surface, but with twists. Enter the Slum caves, slum caves will be below swamps and are very wide, but never very tall. It will have lily pads, poisonous water and new poison ivy! Also slimes and a new type of slime known as toxic slimes will spawn, along with toxic slime and slime blocks! It will be hostile and dark apart from the eyes of the poison slime!
