As announced recently on Minecraft Live, there is a brand-new redstone mechanic called the sculk sensor. This will allow redstone players to create wireless redstone contraptions. However, I'm hoping sounds would have a more accurate decibel range to accompany this, since someone suggested that depending on the distance from the sound to the sensor, the redstone signal strength becomes stronger, but I want it to be like that depending on how loud the sound is. For example: An explosion 6 blocks away from the sculk sensor can make the signal very strong and redstone dust laid on 64 blocks will glow for a long time.
