Ruined portals make faint nether sounds like crackling fire

No idea why. I just think it would make the nether more scary sounding when you encounter a ruined portal.

I think it would be cool if Obsidian or Crying Obsidian could have purple flames. When caught on fire by them you would start to teleport around until the fire went out.
