Unlocking recepies gamerule

My Idea is a new gamerule which won`t let you craft something if you haven`t unlocked the recepie yet.

For exemple : you want to craft a stonecutter but you dont have the recepie unlocked yet so you must lern it first.

It's a java exclusive, but you can use /gamerule doLimitedCrafting remains false. Or /recipe to unlock something or disable to requirements to unlock everything
