Honey Bottles/Blocks used to make Haste Potions

Either bottles of honey or blocks of honey should be used to brew haste potions. I'm unsure as to which would be more balanced, considering the only other source of haste in the game is a beacon, but this can be decided by the devs.

Why I think this should be the case:

• As of the current version, the effort : reward ratio for bees in survival feels very low. Everything that Honey Bottles and Honey Blocks do, other items already do better with less effort. Having bees bee responsible for creating such a useful potion would make farming them feel worth it.
• Haste fits the moniker of being "Busy as a bee"
• The Haste effect and honey/bees are both yellow/gold
• With the use of a fermented spider eye, it also gives players the access to mining fatigue, giving more creative expression in PvE and PvP
