Beyond the Tree Line Biome

For the Caves & Cliffs Update a new Beyond the Tree Line Biome.

This Biome generate only at the upper heights of Mountains. Primarily made of stone, and other stone like blocks with very few if any dirt blocks or grass blocks.

NO tree types spawns. Only Phantoms would spawn. ( I know this is controversial but I would have Phantoms spawn every night but this is not necessary for this new Biome) If vultures get added they would spawn during the day. If there are any grass blocks they can either have a flower, dead bush, or short grass

Only potatoes could be grown is this area.
