Weapon Portal - This attack will use 10 EXP when used, If the player puts a weapon in their off hand they will instead open up a Portal in the sky and fire the weapon at the player, The reason this cost so much is because it can be used as storage because the weapon that is in the Portal will stay in that Portal until fired out.
