Enderack

This is an ore like nethrite you can only find this in end city you can find in chunks you can use it as armor and tools now the choice of it being stronger or weaker that nethrite is up to the community and when you summon another ender dragon it has a 50 50 chance of dropping armor or tools and yes to obtain this you need a nethrite tools. I think this would spice the end up a little bit because I feel the end is kind of slept on and the ships that hold elytras may contain this ore. And you can make polished enderite, stairs slabs etc and I know there’s a lot of builders in Minecraft who wait for more blocks there could also be a enderite bricks. There could be a new structure in end city found underground like a dungeon with enderman spawners and there is a 100% chance of at least one or two enderite ores spawning in the chest and maybe the chest could be an end chest or normal again that’s up to the community.     If you want you could change this slightly to REALLY fit in with the lore of the game:

    A new metal, Witherite, is found in underground structures under the end cities (or maybe on the bottom of the islands)

    It is a pure form of netherite, not having rusted under the nether for a thousand years, it is also not mixed with gold.

    Players do not have a method of working this material (hence why you mix it's nugget form with gold INGOTS, gold is very workable, so you are trying to make it workable), so it is only useful when found in equipment form. It can be used to upgrade netherite stuff though to nether-witherite (in between level) 

    The history is that when the builders who build the nether fortresses left, (they built the strongholds and eventually fled to the end becoming endermen) they brought some of their strongest equipment with them (hence why wither skeletons have stone swords despite having access to iron in the form of iron bars) 

    They had pure netherite (as in before it rusted and became ancient debris)

    This would be the strongest equipment in the game, HOWEVER, because it is the purest form of netherite if you try to enchant it, you will always get a curse because it has negative merchantability because of its origin in the nether.
