Sky Stones

So here's an idea to add more to the End Dimension. Basically, rather than having defined biomes like other dimensions, the End Dimension would have portable biomes that can be changed by placing a single block, being a Sky Stone. Sky Stones are more like a category for stones that change the sky within a large radius of where they are placed. Here's some examples: 

Sun Stone: When approached, the sky will change to blue, as if it is daytime. The block also emits the same light level as the sun, meaning not only does it provide a bright light source, but it also burns undead mobs that approach it. 

Moon Stone: This block is self-illuminated with the light level of a soul torch. Within a much larger radius when approached, the sky will turn black. It basically removes all natural light, meaning that the only source of illumination would be torches, redstone devices, and the moonstone block itself. 

Rain Stone: Within a large radius of this block, it will always rain. 

Storm Stone: Within a large radius, this block makes it always thunderstorm. 

Snow Stone: Makes it snow. 

Clear Stone: Makes it so that the skies are always clear, with no rain or storms. 

Obviously, gathering more than one of these will allow for some combinations. A Sun Stone combined with a weather altering stone will just mean it's daytime with that weather. A Sun Stone and a Moon Stone in the same area will create a Twilight effect, like at dawn or dusk. Weather effects, like rain and storm, can combine as well!
