This redstone component would turn the block immediately above it in 90 degrees clockwise, when it gets a positive increase in redstone signal, or 90 degrees counterclockwise for a decrease in the strength of the redstone signal. This would make players really have to work their logic with repeaters to manage to make more out of their redstone circuits. This system would only move specific blocks (like pistons do), with no blocks placed in their 4 surrounding blocks. Besides that, the rotating block should lose all functionality while rotation, to avoid glitches. This would create a more precise way to change rails and add an awesome functionality to pistons, dispensers, repeaters, observers, and slime blocks.
