Crystal caverns biome

A new rare biome for the caves and cliffs update, filled with towering crystals in all 16 colours. The crystals would be slightly translucent and craftable into stairs slabs and walls. A crystal titan mob would also naturally spawn in this biome. It will be a neutral mob that becomes hostile if you mine crystals. It would stop crystal shards that can be used to craft crystal blocks.
