glowing sickness from the glow squids

glow squids have won the mob vote, but the video didnt show any uses for said glow squid so i thought of one myself. a "glowing sickness" effect. this effect can only come from attacking a glow squid and commands. the player that gets this effect will have a glow, similar to the colour of the glow squids spots. mobs and other players can then see this player through walls since they are glowing so brightly. this player will also get an effect similar to poison but instead of doing half a heart per second, it does 1 and a half per second, hence the name " glowing sickness." i feel like this idea would really add to minecraft as the glow squid would then not just be a reskinned squid. :)
