Reset Explored Chunks

Exploration is a big part of Minecraft. I’ve explored a lot of blocks in my world. But people have to go into new chunks for an update. Some people might have to go 1,000,000 blocks for a new update. So we need something to reset explored chunks. Because for people who need to explore far for a new update, they wont have to travel as far. If Mojang does decide to do this, people might duplicate good items because they will reset that chunk many times. To prevent this, you should make the naturally generated chests have random loot each time chunks are reset. Because you can't reset chunks, I don't like to explore that far. So it would mean a lot if you did something about this. Thanks.

    use MCA Selector, it's a little java program that creates a 2D map of your world (similar to the in-game map item) and lets you reset specific chunks of your world, or even whole regions(groups of 32*32 chunks)

    I used that to get some beehives in the forests near my village and to reset the whole nether for 1.16
