Mushroom Biome Update

Generation

Mushroom biomes now generate as a dense Mushroom forest surrounding a tall plateau.

 

Luminescent Mushrooms

Glowing blue mushrooms that can generate as giant Mushrooms as well. During the day they will not glow, but at night they will be very bright, providing a natural light source.

Luminescent Mushrooms can be brewed into a Potion of Glowing, which grants the glowing status effect.

 

Mooshrooms

New variant of Mooshroom with the Luminescent Mushroom texture. Gives off light during the night.

 

Shellshrooms

New turtle that spawns on Mushroom Islands. Mushrooms can spawn on their shells similar to how they spawn on Mooshrooms' backs. Spawns in two variants.

Red Shellshroom -  Brown skin with a Red Mushroom shell.

Blue Shellshroom -  White skin with a Luminescent Mushroom shell.

Similar to how Turtles drop scute, Shellshrooms will drop Shroom Caps, which can be crafted into a Mushroom Hat. Red Mushroom Hats grant players temporary hunger regeneration, while Luminescent Mushroom Hats grant players temporary Night Vision.

    These are some amazing ideas, but what abound Brown Shellshrooms?

    Also the Luminescent Mushrooms remind me of Terraria

    mushroom island is a very rare but unattractive biome, an update that would add a totally exclusive village would be really cool, it would be a much bigger village than the others, with its own villagers and more robust giant mushrooms, at night there could be fireflies that would be just glowing particles of different colors, as well as luminous mushrooms, making this peaceful island a truly magical discovery. thanks for reading :)
