Change skybox to make oceans feel less hollow.

Change the lower half of the skybox to a darker color so that it blends a lot better with the ocean floor. The way the skybox is now I can see the sky even as it passes through the ocean‘a surface, which breaks immersion. This is far more noticeable on lower end hardware with lower render distances. This should be a feature you can toggle on or off for people who play sky block maps or prefer the current skybox, like how smooth lighting or cloud generation is. As it is now, the oceans look very shallow from the perspective of someone looking above sea level, and I think it’s somewhat disappointing.

    How about a second skybox that shows when looking through water? Also, changing the biome fog of the oceans to have slight flutters of movement to make it seem like there is more life there.
