When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

I like the idea of being able to use lightning to your advantage. I think using the electricity to cause a huge redstone isn’t too realistic whereas redstone speed depends on a few things that can’t be changed too easily.

What if we could store it in power boxes or generators so that way redstone doesn’t rely on comparators or more power sources to keep the signal going?

My original request for lightning in a bottle seems to have been deleted (possibly because it being kind of a duplicate).

I think it would be amazing to have lightning in a bottle by placing the bottle on top of a lightning rod (like an item frame). When lighting strikes it would then create lightning in a bottle and drop the item. Maybe there could be a chance of destroying the bottle. This should be possible to automate using dispensers.

The lighting in a bottle should be used by right clicking on a lightning rod. It would then send lightning to a mob or other lightning rod in the vicinity. Just normal lightning, I'd say in a 16 wide sphere. This should also be possible using a dispenser. After use the lightning in a bottle should just leave the bottle.

Alternatively you could also surround an empty bottle with iron nuggets to create a leyden jar that can be transformed into an charged leyden jar using a lightning rod in the same way. But I like the mystical feel of the lightning in a bottle more.
