Redstone Lamp Brightness

This is a simple idea that I'm sure could easily be added. Basically, the light level of a redstone lamp depends on how strong the redstone input is. So, if the redstone signal strength is fairly low, the light level will be lower.

    Good but I can see the problem of this breaking people's builds that rely on maximum britness regardless of power level, maybe a new block with this function?

    A solution to it breaking people's builds is by making it a different item instead of changing the existing redstone lamp.
