Use crystals to make dust for new potions

With the new crystals from Caves & Cliffs, you should be able to turn them into some magic dust to make some brand new magical potions like shrinking potions, glowing potion (would emit light around the player), etc. I know many players want new potions and this would be a great excuse to get some new ones in what will be without a doubt the best Minecraft update we’ve seen to this day.
