Put Phantoms in the new caves

With the brand new caves and cliffs updates I think a neat idea for the phantoms. Just move them to the new large caves as a hostile mob there. They could act similar to bats and hang from the ceiling of the caves and swoop down on the player. Another cool thing would to make their eyes glow green so the player could see them attack in the dark. That would make them more interesting and the caves scarier.
