    I love the idea of a ruin that you can renovate into a beautiful castle home. Mojang doesn't like giving the player ready-made buildings that they can settle in with no effort, but if you had to fix the building first, it would be fun. It would give the player more play style options. Some aren't as good at getting build ideas, and they might appreciate this.
