Implement Mob A and Mob D from Mob vote 2017

Since Mob C ability replaces the grindstone, add the rest that changes the gameplay on some biomes.

    Tbf mojang said that the mobs That didn’t get voted were gone forever So I don’t think they would do this, but it would be kinda cool.
