Make Skulk Sensors placable on walls and ceilings.

This could open so many different things open for Redstone as well as make the new caves more challenging to navigate as you might not see the sensor alert a nearby warden. They would chain and relay to one another and this would make a great mechanic for building adventure maps and overall how complex the block could be used.
