Poison mushroom

This poison mushroom is found were all of the other mushrooms are found. They look like red mushrooms but with a very little difference so they can be mistaken as edible and can harm you if you eat them. They can be used to poison foods and drinks like milk. If anything like wool is next to it, the mushroom will start to grow on it.
