Glow torch/glow ink sac

I think the glowsquid should drop a glow inc sac that when combined with a stick, makes a type of torch that can be used underwater, that way players can go mining in underwater caves and lakes without needing night vision potions or blocks that emit light like glow stone. I think it would also make more players explore underwater since it provides a cheaper way to go explore the deep blue without as many potions while also giving the glow squid it's own use and make it less of just a reskin.

    It could be green colored that way we would have red, blue, yellow, and green torches in game.

    it would be cool if the glow torch could give off a light of 18 to 20 instead of a regular tourches 15.

    Yes.  Maybe the torch could be crafted with a new prismarine rod, which would be made from 2 prismarine and could also be used in a trident?
