Effects reduce vibration

In Minecraft 1.17 a new feature called vibrations will be present. 

This is a suggestion regarding said feature.

 

The basic idea is, that potion effects affect the vibrations you cause. For example, Slow Falling could reduce vibrations from walking and Levitation may cancel that completly on account of not actually being on the ground.

 

With that of course a way to get levitation should be implemented which leads me to the seconds part of my suggestion:

A way to create Levitation potions. Although I'm pretty sure that already is a feedback article I will feature it here.

The idea is, that you use some part of the shulker (e.g. Shulker Shell) on an Awkward Potion to create a Potion of Flight, which will give you Levitation for an amount of time.

 

This could also very much be used for PVP and PVE as you can just let your enemys fly to the skies and get a nice view before inevitably falling to the ground and most likely dying.

    but shulker shells are not renewable, so they propably shouldn't be used to make potions, unless they are renewable. But maybe a new mob that would actually spawn in the structure (just like witches spawn in huts), that will drop something that could be used to make the potions

    Well, if I remember correctly, they are now actually. There was something with them spawning another shulker when hit by a shulker shell
