Fish Bait (Rotten Flesh & Seeds)

If you have a giant Wheat farm, you replant your seeds and have at least a couple of stacks extra. You could throw it into a composter, but why do that? Do you really need that bone meal?

And what about rotten flesh? You're going to give half a stack of it to a villager for one emerald? You could just give a quarter of a stack of wheat to a farmer for one. It's much easier!

So with Seeds and Rotten Flesh having lesser uses, how about we expand on fishing?

Make it so we can cut up Rotten Flesh into Rotten Bits to put onto a fishing rod to up the chances of a fish latching onto the fishing pole. Maybe we can do the same with seeds as well.

Have different types of seeds attract different types of fish based on the biome. Wheat seeds attract pufferfish, beetroot seeds attract clownfish. These could then be captured in buckets.
