the blod moon would activate when the player has lit to many fires causing smoke to cause the moon to go red and fore there to be a full moon that night. the event would cause rarer mobs to spawn as in skeleton jockeys spawning in more commonly so it would cause a higher difficulty for more difficult mobs.
