Craft End Crystal with Crystal (1.17)?

So now that we will have Crystal in the incoming 1.17 Update i had the idea for the crystal to have one more use to it...

As it stand currently, we already have an item/entitie "End Crystal" So i was wondering if maybe the crafting of the end crystal could be change and require Crystal to craft it?

The crystal would replace the Ghast Tear.

And maybe the inside texture could be rework to have a crystal with one of the longer spike directing toward the dragon when it's healing it. (Like when an enchantment table's book track you as you move around it)
