Potion of light

With the glowberries being in the game in less than a year, I want to suggest that one can use them to make a potion of light.
Now what will a potion of light do normally?
Well to be honest, a base potion of light would be useless. However, the uses of the potion would be when you make them into ether a lingering potion of light or a splash potion of light.
When it is a splash potion of light is used it will make a quickly disappearing light source upon impact that would last for up to 2 or 3 seconds. 
And with that, the lingering would last for about 10 minutes, somewhat acting as a 10 minute invisble torch.
