Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

I think the name doesn't sound quite like Minecraft, but this is definitely a good idea. Maybe instead of carbonado diamond it could be Reinforced Diamond or something like that. However, we did have a upgrade of gear last update, so maybe not. You still have my vote.

My train of thought with the name carbonado was mostly because it's a real material, and recently Mojang have been adding materials that reflect uses they have in the real world for educational purposes (like how scaffolding uses bamboo over sticks and wood to reflect bamboo's usage in construction in some countries).  I will concede that it's a complicated name compared to the rest of the current ores and a name like reinforced diamond would likely be more straightforward.

In regards to adding a new material so soon after Netherite, I am aware that the decision to add Netherite was done hesitantly, but I assume that the difficulty in that decision was more about adding a new material tier to the game.  Given that I suggest that this "super diamond" wouldn't belong to its own tier, but rather share a tier with Netherite, its implementation wouldn't "rock the boat" as much. The only issue with its addition then would be how recently Netherite has been added.  Yes, it is quite awkward to get a new material so soon after Netherite, however I believe a cave update is the perfect opportunity for something like this.

I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on this and voting for my suggestion regardless.
