Dazzling Effect!

In Minecraft Live the Glow Squid was revealed, the trailer made it look the mini's had sparkles in their eyes. So maybe make that into an effect that causes sparkles to move around the screen. If you kill the Glow Squid you'll get dazzling ink which you can brew to make a potion of dazzling. If you make it as a normal potion and drink it any players and mob will be forced to look at you and will become passive. But, if you use it as a throwing or lingering potion then any player hit will have blue sparkles dancing around their screen, any mob hit would have sparkles around them, and they become passive to any player or mob. Ex: A fox not attacking a chicken. This is an idea had for Minecraft.
