Cheddar trees

Cheddar trees are a new type of trees found in the mountains or extreme hills biomes, they are much like the spruce wood in leaf colour and they stretch out wide and tall like a mix between acacia and spruce. The wood colour seems to be a slightly red/salmon colour mixed with the regular oak texture. This could fit well with the new cliff side of the caves and cliffs update.
