Server specific artifacts

As we all know, a new feature of minecraft as coming up called archeology and i think it can be improved upon. what about server specific artifacts.

 

From what we have seen in minecon live, there are artifacts that can be found in archeological dig sites scattered around the world. This can provide a lot of depth to servers where they can create their own artifacts and or "lost" books that can be found by the players and give the roleplaying servers more history and character.

    The local server operators would have to do that manually, or with plugins. There probably isnt an easy way to do this.
