Add the Blue Rose to Caves

Remember the blue rose from the old days of pocket edition?  I miss that flower, one of my favorites.  It's been years since it was officially removed, but that does not mean it can't make a return.

Minecraft caves should have at least one rare flower that can spawn in all underground biomes.  The Blue Rose fits this vibe perfectly, as it feels alien to anyone who discovers this thing existed.  Sure, it's just a flower, but it would add just that perfect amount of rare life to the caves.
