Shulkers in Nether Fortresses

Maybe give them a slightly recolored variant? I just don't think you should have to go beyond killing the dragon (what's considered end-game) JUST to be able to consolidate storage. To balance having Shulkers in the Nether, I'd recommend having them spawn exclusively in nether fortresses (and maybe even bastions) so that if one hits you, you'll be at the mercy of other Shulkers, Skeleton Bow-fire, Blaze Fire, and maybe even the potentially unlucky Ghast Blast. Not to mention to potential for unobservant players to fall into the lava below...

Basically, I'm hoping to eventually see quicker access to compact storage, with the added risk of easier ranged player deaths

    Yeah, I think it would be cool to get a Nether based Shulker variant!   Maybe the shell is red with a sort of charred texture

    no. that means only one unique end mob. the dragon. please shuckers are an overpowered storage to in the fortresses just no

    and give them another attack then just levitation
