Fix Spiders

This has been such a long issue for spiders and it’s also a very easy fix I think. Spiders glides up walls, not walk. I can’t believe this hasn’t been fixed? I think if they actually walk on walls and have the ability to actually walk upside down the spiders would be more interesting than it already is. Also imagine if it did all that, with bended legs. It would be terrifying and so fun.

    No to bended legs, but yes to climbing. Having Spiders' bodies pivot when they go up a wall has already been handled in mods. Even better, people have let them cling to ceilings in the same way, and it adds an excellent dynamic to cave exploration!

    Yes! It's been so long I've started to just accept this. It would be so cool to see this classic mob updated with modern animations!

    If this gets added to the game why not add a bigger variety of spiders? Maybe even a spider boss

    In my opinion spiders should be removed as arachnophobia is quite common and forces some people to play Minecraft in Peaceful mode.

    If Mojang could go back and update the old mobs, like they currently are with the bat, I would love to see spiders that crawl on walls and ceilings.

    Maybe spiders could also have nests with webs (instead of the cave spider spawners).
