Pillagers burning villages that they have captured

So we all know that you can trigger a raid on a village. And if you lose, there aren't realy any real consequences. This would make it so that if a player loses a raid the pillagers will burn the village. This would make it so that the player couldn't repopulate the village or salvage blocks. I think it would add a cool effect into the game. It would motivate the player to defend at all costs and add a conscience.

    There kind of is a consequence.  If your not careful, they’ll kill your Villagers...  But yes, I could see this!

    Epic idea but the devs might find this a little overkill.

    Interesting idea. I don't think it should nessessarilly happen just if you lose. It might make more sense for there to be a pillager or pillager type that griefs in such a way. That way during the raid they will already be trying to destroy different shelters. There are already a few posts on illager types that would do that so you can look at those
    But basically we might just get a pillager that will set things on fire such as an arsonist, or one that will blow things up. We could also possibly have one that just plainly breaks blocks, or doors.
